Its a unique perfume. Don't judge this by its top note; I do agree that the top note is kind of nauseating, but once it settles down after maybe 15 min, it starts smelling really good. Try it out, you wont be disappointed.

I read lots of comments before ordered this one from Amazon. They said it is green, but when I opened the box, it was a normal water. Strange!!! I like the green one which forced me to buy this one. After that I sprayed a little bit on my hand, it smells really good. I like it and highly recommend for this cologn. One more thing, I wasted my hands with soap after I had pulled the trash container back to my house, and I still smell it. 6 stars would be given. want to buy more but have to wait....

This is an unusual fragrance in that it has a unique scent.I didn't find the top notes any stronger than any other cologne on the market. Lets face it all colognes are strong when you first apply them anyone that says they aren't is lying.I admit I wasn't completely knocked over by the scent at first but this is the type to grow on you quickly.The drydown is what this is all about as it settles into a subtle smooth scent deep in complexity with an interesting smell that I can't say smells like anything I have ever smelled on anyone. I totally disagree with reviewers that compare this to joop ,le male or any other comparison I have smelled these and they don't.To say that would cheapen the unique nature of this cologne.I'm glad Versace chose to be a leader and not a follower when he designed this fragrance( Lord knows we have too many of them )I believe einstein said it best " Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds".

I bought this directly from Amazon. It smells great for at least 18 hours on my skin. I can't believe this fragrance lasts so long. Women love it and it has excellent sillage. 3 sprays is more than enough.

Versace has brought us a different scent with Dreamer. It is a clean scent that touches "sweetness", but does not stray from a masculine fragrance. I have found the fragrance adjusts to the body's chemistry about 30 minutes to 1 hour after application - definitely different from the initial spray. For the price on Amazon, definitely worth adding to your collection. 4.7 stars...
