What a waste

This is a waste of time and money. I like Obsession but this doesn't foam and it rinses off so completely that when the shower is over so is the fragrance.

This was purchased as a gift, but "Sheer" was not delivered. The Obsession delivered was returned for a refund, but to date, 3 months later, that refund has never been received.
